Fill in the information below and submit your request. One of our advertising/marketing consultants will get back to you if more information is needed. Please fill out all required form fields below and have your coupon image graphic ready for upload. Your coupon image must be in one of the following formats and meet the corresponding requirements:

  • .jpg - 240px by 180px (landscape; 72dpi) and no larger than 30k (30720 byte)
  • .gif - 240px by 180px (landscape; 72dpi) and no larger than 30k (30720 byte)

Any coupon image submitted in other file formats is not accepted and will be deleted. Coupon images not conforming to the indicated size will appear distorted when printed, or viewed on-line.
