COLD CRIME: Police received a report at 9:45 a.m. Saturday that the Fosters Freeze on the 500 block of Oak Grove Avenue in Menlo Park had been burglarized. Approximately $115 in coins was stolen, according to police.

Brewster Avenue, 5:52 p.m.: A man was seen trying to remove an “Art in the Park” sign. Two flags for the event disappeared the day before, a person told police.
Broadway, 6:19 p.m.: Three juveniles were on skateboards in a parking area.
Second Avenue, 6:54 p.m.: Two men were fighting and smoking marijuana in a bush area near a playground.

EI Camino Real, 8:42 p.m.: A customer who broke a gas pump refused to pay for the damage.
Woodside Road, 10:18 p.m.: A homeless person was arrested for public drunkenness.
Jeter Street, 10:46 p.m.: A person looking after a house said while the parents were out of town the high school age son was throwing a party. Cars were coming and going and there was loud music. The “last time this happened the house was trashed,” the person said.
